Colonel Albert Campbell

Campbell has a few nice rules, including repair and one where he gets to blow stuff up (always good fun).

"Colonel Albert Campbell is a distinguished commander of the Union Army Corps of Engineers. His knowledge of fortifications and demolitions keeps his skills in high demand. However, it is his hardworking no nonsense attitude and fairness that makes him popular with the men and women who serve with him."

Countess Augusta Byron

The Countess has rules for both animation and reanimation, along with rules which make use of electricity.

"The Enlightened's doyen of galvanism, the domineering Countess Augusta Byron is an imposing woman. Being both Intellectual and immortal is a potent combination and her flesh bears the marks of decades of amputation and augmentation as she replaces ageing or aesthetically displeasing body parts.

Rumours abound of a vault at her estate containing refrigerated chunks of compatible cadavers. One apocryphal tale speaks of the Countess admiring the beauty of a particularly porcelain featured maid in her service. The poor servant was never heard of again and the Countess was pleased with the compliments her own newly refined features garnered at the following Enlightened symposium.

The secret to the Countess' long life is her repeated reanimation through the application of a proprietorial combination of conductive material implanted into her body. Along with an alchemical cocktail coursing through her bloodstream the Countess makes prodigious application of lightning harnessed for such a purpose and held deep within her flesh. In times of defence the Countess can draw on the voltaic charge within her and hurl lightning bolts at her would be attackers, however she is more likely to have them dismembered by one of her ghoulish creations with the raising of an eyebrow and a sneer. Captain Rani Nimue (Legendary)

Born under the Raj in Delhi, Rani Nimue ran away with the pirate Broad Arrow Jack at the age of sixteen and was not heard from again for nearly a decade.

Now master of a crew of her own, the self-styled Captain Nimue earned a price on her head for the audacious theft from the Barrow Shipyards of a prototype RJ-powered submersible. Nimue rapidly built a notoriety for using the stolen submarine to make lightning raids on European shipping. While this brought down the ire of the Crown and their allies, her exotic looks and penny-dreadful fuelled reputation made her popular with the press and the public.

Whether stealthily operating submerged in Gulf of Mexico or audaciously sailing on the surface up and down the Mississippi, the newly dubbed HMS Nautilus is a constant thorn in the sides of both the Union and Outlaws operating in the area. Leading her rough but highly disciplined crew ashore in raiding parties she now operates as a privateer on behalf of the British Empire, though has no real love for the Crown or the English.

Highly skilled with the blade and trident she is a formidable adversary on land or at sea, especially as her harpoon gun is never far from her side. Nimue’s love of fame and fortune is only tempered by her sense of loyalty to her crew. Beautiful, but deadly, Nimue is a fickle force for change in the Wild West but whether for good or ill remains to be seen…
